Hirsuties Coronae Glandis.
What is Hirsuties Coronae Glandis? Adolescence, especially for males, can bring so many changes in their body.
Aside from the physical changes, younger males or those who are circumcised might experience something that is alarming in the body. This is also often in the form of pearly penile papules.
It is also called hirsuties coronae glandis or hirsuties papillaris genitalis. It is a common skin disorder for males, though.
This skin disorder looks like a protrusion arranged neatly in the glands of the penis or the base of the coronae. It can either be colored flesh or pearly white.
One must not worry of its presence since it is harmless. And, it disappears after quite some time.
Moreover, this is not a contagious disease and must not be considered as a sexually transmitted infection. This is just a common occurrence for men during their adolescence period. It must not also be mistaken with herpes or warts.
For those men who are not feeling good with its occurrence, there are ways to remove it. This is especially for aesthetic reasons.
But as early as now, doctors are not advising them to remove their hirsuties papillaris genitalis. This is because there might be unexpected consequences for the said procedure.
The advice of a dermatologist must be sought first before going through the removal procedures. This way, one can be sure that he or she will not incur any disease or infection.

In this regard, one of the effective medical procedures that people can use is the CO2 laser treatment. This is a process wherein the laser’s heat vaporizes the papules in the skin.
It is a relatively safe method for papule removal that is less painful when done on a short period of time.
Included in the list of penile papules removal is the use of electrosurgery.
This is a process wherein a high-frequency eradicator or low-powered hyfrecator which applies electric current removes these papules. But, this process can be done longer as compared to medical PPP removal such as the CO2 laser treatment.
A surgical incision can also be done to remove papules. However, this method is invasive and still requires the use of a general anesthesia.
For those males who are not confident of making use of any of the medical methods of removing hirsuties coronae glandis, then they can actually try all those home remedies.
These are simply natural and less painful. But there is also some risk involved in these remedies.
This is also so since most of the remedies that will be used are abrasive in nature. These may only lead to permanent damage of the skin.
And thus, this must be avoided at all cost. Using lotions or creams does not help in the removal of hirsuties coronae glandis.
The best option to consider so far is by radio frequency surgery. It is less painful and one is not required to go on leave just to undergo such method.
After the treatment, it might look shabby and red but it will, later on, heal from 10-15 days after the surgery.
